全球音乐娱乐行业的领导者——环球音乐集团旗下的艺术家、唱片厂牌和发行合作伙伴在第66届格莱美奖中斩获众多奖项。其中，Taylor Swift（Republic）凭借专辑《Midnights》获得“年度专辑”（Album of the Year）奖，成为历史上第一位四次获得“年度专辑”奖的艺术家。《Midnights》同时获得“最佳流行音乐演唱专辑”（Best Pop Vocal Album）奖。

　　Billie Eilish（Interscope）凭借歌曲《What Was I Made For?》获得“年度歌曲”（Song of the Year）奖和“最佳影视歌曲”（Best Song Written For Visual Media）奖。Boygenius (Interscope) 获得三项大奖，其中专辑《the record》获得“最佳另类音乐专辑”（Best Alternative Music Album）奖，歌曲《Not Strong Enough》获得“最佳摇滚表演”（Best Rock Performance）及“最佳摇滚歌曲”（Best Rock Song）。

　　Killer Mike（Concord）赢得说唱类的三项格莱美大奖，专辑《MICHAEL》获“最佳说唱专辑”（Best Rap Album），歌曲《Scientists & Engineers》收获“最佳说唱歌曲”（Best Rap Song）和“最佳说唱表演”（Best Rap Performance）奖，这首歌由André 3000、Future和Eryn Allen Kane助阵演唱，James Blake（Republic）制作。

　　Chris Stapleton（Mercury Nashville）凭借《White Horse》获得“最佳乡村音乐独唱表演”奖（Best Country Solo Performance）和“最佳乡村音乐歌曲”（Best Country Song）奖。Allison Russell（Concord）凭借《Eve Was Black》获得“最佳美国根源音乐表演”（Best American Roots Performance）奖。Karol G（Interscope）的《MAÑANA SERÁ BONITO》获得“最佳拉丁城市音乐专辑”（Best Música Urbana Album）奖，Juanes（UMLE）的《Vida Cotidiana》赢得“最佳拉丁摇滚或另类专辑”（Best Latin Rock or Alternative Album）奖。

　　此外，专辑《Some Like It Hot (Original Broadway Cast)》（Concord）获“最佳音乐剧专辑”（Best Musical Theater Album）。“最佳电子游戏和互动媒体配乐”（A Best Score Soundtrack for Video Games and Other Interactive Media）奖由《星球大战绝地：幸存者》（Disney）获得。The Beatles（UMe）的《I'm Only Sleeping》获得“最佳音乐MV”（Best Music Video）奖。

　　在福音音乐类别中，“最佳福音专辑”（Best Gospel Album）由Tye Tribbett（CCMG）的《All Things New: Live in Orlando》获得。Kirk Franklin（CCMG）的《All Things》获得“最佳福音表演/歌曲”（Best Gospel Performance/Song）奖，Lecrae & Tasha Cobbs Leonard（CCMG）的《Your Power》获得“最佳当代基督教音乐表演/歌曲”（Best Contemporary Christian Music Performance / Song）奖。

　　在古典音乐类别中，“最佳古典器乐独奏”（Best Classical Instrumental Solo）奖由演奏《The American Project》的王羽佳和路易斯维尔管弦乐团指挥家Teddy Abrams（Deutsche Grammophon）获得。John Williams的《Helena’s Theme》（Disney）获得“最佳器乐演奏作曲”（Best Instrumental Composition）奖，The String Revolution与Tommy Emmanuel（CIA Records）合作的《Folsom Prison Blues》获得“最佳器乐编曲”（Best Arrangement, Instrumental or A Cappella）奖。《Written In Their Soul: The Stax Songwriter Demos》（Concord）获得“最佳历史专辑”（Best Historical Album）和“最佳专辑注释”（Best Album Notes）奖。

　　此外，UMG旗下签约并发行音乐作品的艺术家Kacey Musgraves, Jacob Collier, J Cole以及Susan Carol，通过合作表演也获得了格莱美奖的认可。

　　Jay Z（Roc Nation）成为第二位获得以Dr. Dre命名的“全球影响力”奖（Dr. Dre Global Impact Award）的艺人，该奖项于去年首次设立。
